Dwight Hammond Reservoir is an agricultural reservoir.  It is not a recreational area.  Both the land and the water are privately owned.  The reservoir is not a part of Hammond Ranch.  The Hammond Ranch subdivision does not own, nor have any right to, nor have any control over the reservoir.  Owning property in the Hammond Ranch subdivision does not give anyone either the right or permission to use the reservoir for recreation or for any other use.
